Executive office

Founder and operating leadership. Direct line, no triage.

Four operators with end-to-end accountability for the firm: the founder owns the thesis and the senior-tier customer relationship; the CTO owns the engineering standards; the COO owns delivery and the bench; the CRO owns clients and growth. Every one of them is reachable on an active engagement.

Founded Prosigns in 2018 in Dallas after two decades shipping enterprise systems across telecom, financial services, and healthcare. The thesis hasn’t changed: senior-only engineering, production from day one, and the bench in the proposal is the bench in production.

Sits on every active engagement at G8 and above. Hiring partner for the leadership tier across all 16 departments. Every G9+ joining Prosigns gets a final conversation with HELM before offer.

HELM

Ahmed Raza Khan is Chief Technology Officer at Prosigns, based in Lahore. The role owns the engineering standards shared by all eight practices: the reference architectures, the evaluation and security gates, and the internal platform the delivery teams build on.

Ahmed chairs the architecture review that every G8+ program passes through before build starts, and is the final escalation on technical decisions across engagements. Before Prosigns, Ahmed spent close to two decades building and running large-scale enterprise platforms for telecom and financial-services operators.

HELM

Ayesha Farooq is Chief Operating Officer at Prosigns, based in Islamabad. The role owns how the firm delivers: staffing every engagement from the senior bench, the weekly operating cadence with department leads, and the people function behind it.

Ayesha owns the hiring bar and the G1–G10 growth frame, internal mobility between the sixteen departments, and the senior-only posture that decides who is placed on client work. Ayesha came to Prosigns after fifteen years in delivery leadership and operations at technology and managed-services firms across Pakistan and the Gulf.

HELM

Daniel Whitaker is Chief Revenue Officer at Prosigns, based at the Dallas headquarters. The role owns the client relationship from first call through renewal across North America, the United Kingdom and the Gulf, and the partnerships with the cloud and enterprise-platform vendors the practices build on.

Daniel runs CATALYST, the sales-engineering department, which puts a senior engineer rather than a sales representative on every first call. Before Prosigns, Daniel spent eighteen years in enterprise technology sales and account leadership, most of it selling and delivering custom software and cloud programs to regulated industries in the United States.

How leadership works

Four operating rules.

  1. 01

    Practice leads on first calls

The department lead from the practice you'd hire us for is on the first call. No SDR triage, no 'qualifying questions before we route you'. Direct line to the lead who'd own the engagement.

  2. 02

    Senior-only on client work

G6 minimum (six-plus years of practice) on every billable hour. Department leads are G9 or G10. We don't subcontract, we don't flex juniors onto the bench mid-sprint, and we don't dilute senior rates with mixed staffing.

  3. 03

    Department co-pilots, included

Every engagement gets a department lead co-pilot at no additional cost: 30 minutes weekly with the embedded engineers, on-demand for hard architecture or compliance calls. Backing, not just placement.

  4. 04

    Founder on every G8+ engagement

Nayab joins the operating cadence on every G8 and above engagement. Weekly status, monthly executive review, and direct escalation path when the engagement needs leadership attention. Not a logo on the SOW.

Talk to a lead

The lead on your first call is the lead in production.

Bring the problem; we’ll bring the practice lead and a senior engineer. 30 minutes, no obligation, no junior reps.
