Biography
Nayab Raheel founded Prosigns in 2018 in Dallas after two decades shipping enterprise systems across telecom, financial services, and healthcare. The thesis has not changed since: senior-only engineering, production from day one, and the bench in the proposal is the bench in production.
Nayab sits on every active engagement at G8 and above and is the hiring partner for the leadership tier across all sixteen departments. Every G9+ engineer joining Prosigns has a final conversation with the executive office before an offer is made.
Beyond client work, Nayab is the product owner for LivoERP, the multi-tenant ERP and CRM Prosigns builds and operates, and for HMIS, the hospital management platform for multi-country hospital chains.
