How it works
Each step has a published cue. What we expect from you and when, what we commit to and when. No SDR loops, no scope creep, no “let me circle back”.
Tell us the practice (AI / custom software / platform / etc.) and a window that works. We route to the right department; reply within 2 business hours during U.S. / GCC business days.
Diagrams, decks, scribbled notes, anything concrete. We'll spend the first 5 minutes calibrating, then 20 minutes on the actual work.
Architecture review, build-vs-buy guidance, vendor assessment, or scope-pruning, whatever the call calls for. We'll tell you what we'd do if we owned the engagement.
