Engagement models
Dedicated Teams · Project-Based · Managed Services. Pricing brackets published, cadence documented, governance defined. The right way to engage Prosigns depends on the work. Pick the model that fits.
The three models
Each model has its own SOW template, governance cadence, and pricing structure. Each detail page includes a comparison matrix: the matrix on this page is the same one, consolidated for the hub view.
a.k.a. Staff / team augmentation
Senior engineers embedded into your stack on multi-quarter rotations. Your tools, your ceremonies, our bench.
SOW-driven engagements with fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline. Clear acceptance criteria, change-order discipline.
Ongoing operations with named SLAs, escalation tiers, and on-call coverage. We run what we built. Or what you built.
How to choose
Most buyers can self-route from the questions below. If your situation falls between two models, that’s normal: many engagements start as one and convert to another. We’ll talk through the boundary on the first call.
Project-Based.
Fixed scope, fixed price, named milestones. Best when you can scope the work clearly and want a written commitment to outcome and cost. Discovery + ADR is fixed-price too.
Open the modelDedicated Teams.
Senior engineers (G6+) embedded into your stack on multi-quarter rotations. Time & materials, quarterly cadence. The bench you'd hire if hiring weren't six months.
Open the modelManaged Services.
24×7 follow-the-sun, named SLAs, monthly retainer. We run what we built, or what you built, under a published service contract.

Operating principles
Whether you engage as Project, Dedicated, or Managed: the floor is the same.
Day rates, milestone ranges, and retainer tiers are published per model. Visitors self-qualify before the first call; budget conversations on the call are calibration, not surprise.
G6+ on every billable hour, every model. We don't dilute Dedicated Teams with juniors to keep margins; we don't farm Project-Based scoping to a junior team. The bench in the proposal is the bench in production.
Every engagement carries department-lead co-pilot at no additional charge: 30 minutes weekly with the practice lead, plus on-demand pulls for hard architecture or compliance calls.
If the right answer is a different model: or a different firm. We say so. We turn down ~30% of inbound and routinely recommend Project-Based when buyers come asking about retainers (or vice versa) when scope warrants it.
