Channel program
We co-deliver with system integrators, advisory firms, and regional delivery partners across North America, Middle East, and APAC. The standard is the same as our internal bench — G6+ on client work, no exceptions.
Channel engagements are co-staffed with the partner's senior team. We don't hand off to junior delivery; partner's bench is held to the same G6+ standard our internal bench is.
Where the partner's capability is the right answer, we say so — and step back. Where we add value the partner can't, we lead. Demarcation is documented in the SOW, not negotiated post-hoc.
Compliance evidence, audit artifacts, and architectural IP shared explicitly with the partner under a documented data-handling frame. No information silos that hurt the customer.
