No. The scored report and category breakdown are visible immediately on the result screen. We offer an emailed PDF version if you want one for sharing — but the assessment itself is not gated.
Each question has four options scored 0–3, mapped to maturity levels. Categories aggregate to a 0–9 score, normalized to a percentage. The total is a weighted average across all five categories. Detailed scoring methodology is in the emailed PDF if you request it.

Yes — the result screen has a 'Retake' button that resets your answers. We recommend retaking it after meaningful changes (new hire, new platform, new governance program) to track maturity over time.
