Common questions

Asked before a demo.

Deployment, data, integration and licensing questions we hear on the first call about LivoERP.

  1. 01

    How is LivoERP deployed?

Three ways: as multi-tenant SaaS operated by Prosigns, as a private-cloud deployment in your own AWS, Azure or GCP account, or on-premise in your data centre. The same codebase runs in all three, so you can start on SaaS and move to a private deployment later without a migration project.

  2. 02

    Which databases does LivoERP support?

SQL Server is the default. PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle providers are available, so LivoERP can run on the database platform your team already operates and licenses.

  3. 03

    How is LivoERP priced?

Pricing is quoted per deployment rather than published as a list price, because SaaS, private-cloud and on-premise deployments carry different hosting and support obligations. Book a demo and a senior engineer will scope the modules, tenant count and deployment model with you and return a written quote.

  4. 04

Can LivoERP be customised without code changes?

Yes. Custom fields and forms are added through a visual builder, workflow rules and a visual process builder automate steps between modules, and a report generator with templates covers most reporting needs. Prosigns engineers handle anything beyond that as a scoped change.

  5. 05

    What integrations ship with LivoERP?

Twilio and WhatsApp Business for messaging, Stripe for payments, outbound webhooks for anything event-driven, a REST API documented with OpenAPI, and an AI assistant inside the product. SignalR pushes real-time notifications and the app installs as a progressive web app.

  6. 06

Is there a demo I can try before talking to anyone?

Yes. A hosted demo environment is available at demo.livoerp.com. It runs the current release with sample data across sales, finance, supply chain, support, documents and HR.
