The department lead from the practice you'd hire us for is on the first call. No SDR triage, no 'qualifying questions before we route you'. Direct line to the lead who'd own the engagement.

Senior-only on client work
G6 minimum (six-plus years of practice) on every billable hour. Department leads are G9 or G10. We don't subcontract, we don't flex juniors onto the bench mid-sprint, and we don't dilute senior rates with mixed staffing.

Department co-pilots, included
Every engagement gets a department lead co-pilot at no additional cost — 30 minutes weekly with the embedded engineers, on-demand for hard architecture or compliance calls. Backing, not just placement.
