Salesforce Implementation Partner.

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Lightning apps, implemented by senior Salesforce architects who treat technical debt as a first-class concern, not a phase-2 problem.

The problem

Most Salesforce orgs become a pile of flows, classic-era code, and forgotten validation rules within three years.

The shape across orgs we audit: nine-year-old Service Cloud implementation with 240 active flows, 80 validation rules nobody documented, Apex code from the classic era, an integration layer that's a mix of REST callouts and platform events, and a release process that ships through change sets at midnight on Sundays. Salesforce's platform is exceptional; most implementations don't survive contact with a product team that ships features.

We implement and remediate Salesforce orgs with the engineering discipline the platform actually deserves: declarative-first where it's appropriate, code where it's warranted, governance documented up front, technical debt tracked as a first-class concern, and a CI / CD pipeline that ships through code rather than change sets. Reimplementations and major customizations land with documented architecture, not vendor demos.

Where it ships

5 use cases, in production.

Specific applications we’ve built and operated. Not speculative: every example below is grounded in a real shipped engagement.

  • 01

    +47%

    first-call resolution

    Service Cloud reimplementation

Replace aging Service Cloud orgs with re-engineered architecture. Omnichannel routing, knowledge tied to call drivers, SLA enforcement at the queue level, and CTI integration that survives a vendor change.

  • 02

    Sales Cloud + CPQ

Pipeline architecture, opportunity hygiene, forecast methodology, and CPQ for complex pricing. Integrated with downstream ERP and provisioning systems through documented API contracts.

  • 03

    Experience Cloud / partner portals

Customer- and partner-facing portals on Experience Cloud with custom Lightning Web Components. Identity integrated with your IdP, design system inherited from the brand portfolio.

  • 04

    Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud

Cross-channel marketing automation, audience segmentation, and customer-data unification. Integration with Sales Cloud and external data sources with explicit data contracts.

  • 05

    Org cleanup and technical-debt remediation

Health audit followed by prioritized remediation. Flow consolidation, Apex modernization, validation-rule rationalization, integration migration to platform events. Most engagements reduce maintenance burden by 40-60%.

How we engage

4 phases, named in the SOW.

Each phase has a deliverable, an owner, and an acceptance criterion. Not slogans, operating rules.

  1. 01

    Org assessment and trust frame

Health audit: object model, automation footprint, code quality, integration topology, governance surface. Output is honest org assessment, including 'this is a reimplementation, not a customization' when that's the right answer.

  2. 02

    Declarative-first, code-when-warranted

Configuration, Flow, and Lightning App Builder where the platform supports it. Apex and Lightning Web Components only where business logic warrants engineering, and documented with bounded contexts, not sprawling utility classes.

  3. 03

    Source control and CI

Salesforce DX as the source of truth. Code in Git, deployments through Salesforce CLI in CI. No change sets, no sandbox-cloning rituals, no production hotfixes that diverge from version control.

  4. 04

    Operating cadence with governance

Release management aligned to Salesforce's three releases per year. Technical-debt review quarterly. Profile / permission-set audit semi-annually. Org governance documented and enforced.

Capabilities

What’s in scope.

  • Sales Cloud: pipeline, forecasting, CPQ, partner relationship management
  • Service Cloud: omnichannel, case management, knowledge, CTI integration
  • Experience Cloud: customer / partner portals with custom LWC
  • Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud: cross-channel automation, segmentation
  • Custom Lightning apps: LWC, Apex, platform events, async processing
  • Salesforce DX: source-driven development, CI / CD, automated testing
  • Org health audits and technical-debt remediation programs

Common questions

Asked before the first call.

  1. 01

Can you migrate off Classic to Lightning?

Yes, though we usually frame it as 'reimplement on Lightning' rather than 'migrate to Lightning' once we've audited the org. Classic-era automation and code rarely survives a clean Lightning conversion; the discipline is to take the migration as an opportunity to clean up, with explicit data preservation and documented rollback per workload.

  2. 02

Do you do greenfield or only existing-org work?

Both. Greenfield Salesforce implementations land in 4–8 months for mid-market scope. Existing-org work is typically remediation (org cleanup, technical-debt reduction) or major reimplementation. We tell you which is appropriate during the assessment.

  3. 03

Apex or Flow: when do you use each?

Flow first for declarative business logic, especially where the team supporting the org isn't a developer team. Apex when the logic is complex enough that Flow becomes unmaintainable, when async / batched processing is required, or when integrations require the precision of code. We document the boundary explicitly per org so future maintenance follows the same pattern.

  4. 04

How do you do CI / CD on Salesforce?

Salesforce DX as source of truth, code in Git, deployments through SFDX CLI in CI (typically GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Copado / Gearset). Profiles and permission sets versioned. Pull-request review gates with automated test runs. No change sets, no sandbox-cloning rituals.

  5. 05

    Can you support MuleSoft integrations?

Yes, when MuleSoft is the right tool. Many integrations are simpler with native Salesforce REST / SOAP, platform events, or Change Data Capture. We tell you when MuleSoft adds value (high-volume, multi-system orchestration, regulated environments) and when it adds complexity that the workload doesn't warrant.

  6. 06

What does a Salesforce engagement cost?

Org health audit: 2–4 weeks, $30K–$80K. Greenfield implementation (mid-market): 4–8 months, $300K–$1M. Reimplementation: 6–12 months, $600K–$2M. Technical-debt remediation programs: $250K–$700K. Managed Services: $25K–$100K monthly retainer. Brackets published honestly so visitors self-qualify before the first call.
