One firm, three time zones.
The three offices operate as one firm — shared bench, shared delivery standards, shared engineering culture. Engagements are staffed by the right team for the workload, not by the nearest office. Most engagements include engineers across two or all three locations.
Coverage maths: Dallas (CT) covers North American business hours. Doha (AST) covers GCC working day with overlap into European afternoon. Lahore (PKT) covers APAC build cadence with morning overlap into U.S. evening. Together: a senior engineer is on shift across at least 18 hours per business day, with named on-call coverage 24×7 for Managed Services customers.
Leadership oversight on every G8+ engagement. The founder sits in on the operating cadence; department leads from Dallas and Doha co-pilot every engagement regardless of where the squad is based. The bench in the proposal is the bench in production — across all three offices.
