The founding thesis

Senior engineers, always.

Prosigns was founded in 2018 with a single thesis: enterprise software is too important to be staffed by anyone other than senior engineers. The industry default: billing senior rates while delivering with juniors and subcontractors: produces rework, hidden complexity, and projects that quietly slip their dates.

We built the firm we wanted to hire. Every engineer has six- plus years of professional experience. There are no freelancers, no offshore subcontractors, no junior engineers rotating through your codebase. The bench you see in the proposal is the bench in production.

Eight years in, we’ve shipped production systems across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, logistics, energy, real estate, education, government, and media: for startups, growth-stage teams, and enterprises in the U.S., Middle East, and Asia. We don’t pitch transformation; we pitch the next thing that has to ship.

Every engineer working on client systems has six-plus years of professional experience. We don't subcontract. We don't put juniors on the bench during a sprint to pad margins.

We ship code that runs in production for years, not slide decks that look good in pitch meetings. The first call sets that expectation; every contract reinforces it.

Outcomes in the contract
Engagement models, dedicated teams, project-based, managed services, are published with named SLAs and acceptance criteria. The bench you see is the bench in your statement of work.
