How we hire
Hiring discipline is the spine of the senior-only policy. These rules apply across all 16 departments and four hiring markets.
Six-plus years of practice. We don't staff under G6 — junior intake is a separate trainee program off the client bench, with its own structured progression toward G6.
Cost-of-living adjusted by office. Compensation band shared on the second conversation; no negotiation theater. Promotion progression criteria documented across G1–G10.
Practice department leads sit on every G8+ engagement and own the operating cadence. Engineers report into departments with real authority — not into a delivery org that's organizationally downstream of sales.
Internal mobility between practices through documented process. Most G8+ engineers have spent time in 2 or 3 different practices over their career. The breadth informs how they architect, not just how they execute.
