Biography
Ayesha Farooq is Chief Operating Officer at Prosigns, based in Islamabad. The role owns how the firm delivers: staffing every engagement from the senior bench, the weekly operating cadence with department leads, and the people function behind it.
Ayesha owns the hiring bar and the G1–G10 growth frame, internal mobility between the sixteen departments, and the senior-only posture that decides who is placed on client work. Ayesha came to Prosigns after fifteen years in delivery leadership and operations at technology and managed-services firms across Pakistan and the Gulf.
